Why is the learning center of corel paint shop pro photo x2 is not showing anything?

I wanted to edit a photo with the help of the "learning center" but apparently, it's not showing anything. What must I do? I tried fixing it my configuring the program but after that, it still the same. Thanks for the help.

1. Open PSP, click on View up in the Main Menu at the top, hover the cursor on Palettes and click on Learning Center.
