How do you create a photoshop tutorial and post it on youtube or elsewhere on the net?

I came up with a little tutorial to use on photoshop for a special effect. How do you go about creating a video tutorial that you can upload on youtube or elsewhere, and could you also create the tutorial with a slideshow software with a voiceover? I'm a complete novice in this area, so I need to learn the basics.

1. You need a screen capturing program to do this. It will allow you to record what you are doing on the screen, and you can also record your voice while recording. A good program to use is HyperCam, or Camtasia. Google them :)
