how come adult Learning Center are always ged base centers?
How come adult Learning Center are always ged base centers? And some of these ged centers are in college and in Library, Why can`t it be like k12 Learning Centers but for adults these types of places are all over the place. Like every adult doesn`t want to go to a college or a Library to get education. It seem all these learning centers are for kids and not adults can anyone tell me where can i find an adult Learning Center thats not a college or a Library?

- Because adults who are out of school and didn't finish are seeking their GED's. They put them where they are convenient for people to travel to. Centrally located centers are best for people and are easy to find. K-12 require much more space for many more children then just the 20 so adults that would be attending the adult center!!
- My brother who is 29 is in an adult learning center, but he, WHEN, he finishes he can go for his GED Plus and that will actually get him a High School Diploma. All you have to do is go to the learning center and ask them about the GED Plus.
- Places like community colleges and libraries receive state funding. If an adult is seeking a free education then they should accept that a college or library is where it takes place. Also, someone mentioned that those are centrally located buildings. If you are unhappy with this you can seek private tutoring and then go to the college or library to take the GED exam.
